Client Success, Project Manager
A Project Manager (PM) manages all facets of complex enterprise voice automation application deployments with Tellme's clients. A PM has the ability to work with minimum supervision and handle critical and stressful situations. A PM ensures deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality goals. To do so, a PM both develops project plans, schedules and, objectives and is responsible for creating and maintaining successful alliances with key project stakeholders. A PM resolves project issues and manages the internal resources, deliverables and milestones. A PM manages budgetary items associated with project expenses as well as developing or provide key input into business cases for follow-on projects and business. In order to ensure successful projects, a PM performs risk assessment and develops risk mitigation plans associated with projects. Lastly, the PM ensures projects are conducted using quality principles and appropriate development methodologies.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive client facing project management experience.
- Ability to handle progressively responsible roles in systems or telecommunications management.
- Demonstrated track record of accomplishments.
- Experience managing projects or major tasks in applicable technology(ies) and in call center environment.
- Extensive experience managing customer relationships.
- Minimum of five years IT project management experience.
- Formal project management training and/or certification.
- Significant subject matter knowledge of applicable technologies.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
- Expert problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management applications.
- Proficiency in desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet and, presentation software.
