Typekit is a new way to use real fonts on the web. It’s a subscription-based service for linking to Open Type fonts from a variety of type foundries. Sounds crazy to have to pay monthly to use fonts but perhaps if it’s rolled into a web hosting account it can feel painless.
see: Pricing | Typekit.
UPDATE: I used typekit on www.ericamott.com and cheyennevc.com
NEW OPTIONS: Google has a free web font service. If you try it out let me know.
