I just tried out a Gravity + that does not work. I have over 10 years working with wordpress.
Been using Gravity forms for more than 8+ years.
That plugin is not working and the developers are not giving me any support. I recommend you alert your users because they also don’t want to refund me.

I just want to recommend another third party plugin called WordPress Gravity Forms PDF, Excel & CSV (https://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-gravity-forms-pdf/23642805) it converts gravity form feed into PDF, EXCEL or CSV according to the admin needs. It also has some really nice features as customizable PDF design, bulk PDF downloads and so on.
